I have been using Alan’s services for a couple of years now, having first come across him through a drivers’ network. I now use Alan’s services only. He provides an exceptional service and I have consequently referred other clients to him. First and foremost, his car is always immaculate and his driving always smooth and safe. Alan is always punctual and almost always early. I believe that Alan has an excellent understanding of his clients’ needs – he certainly has a tremendous understanding of mine. Conversation is easy, and yet when phone calls need to be made, Alan is understanding. Alan does not take phone calls whilst driving unless urgent, which I know is important for some clients. Alan has superb client relationship skills and the client always comes first. He goes above and beyond to ensure the client is comfortable and untroubled. Once he gets to know you, Alan adds small details and luxurious touches to his service which I think is a testament to his professionalism and desire to provide the best service. It goes without saying that I have no hesitation in recommending Alan’s services to anyone looking for a driver service.
