- Extra 20% surcharge applies for transfers after 10pm and before 5am.
- Extra charges will incur if the waiting period of time is above 15 minutes
- Airport pick ups 30 minutes after landing for domestic flights will be charged fully if there is a no show.
- Parking fees for International flight pick ups will be added accordingly, and charged if no show
- Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to scheduled booking – no charge incurred. A cancellation 24 hours prior to scheduled booking will incur a charge.
- Wedding bookings to be paid one week prior (non refundable)
- Prime days including the Grand final and during the Spring Carnival attract a minimum of 50% surcharge and is to be paid one week prior to event (non refundable)
